Joel Vanmersbergen

History:
I started at Extreme Praise in March of 2003 with my friend Jon Arnold. Then I met the most beautiful and wonderful woman in the world, Amy Knapp. After about two years of dating she accepted my obscurely long last name and we got married of March 13, 2004. I left Extreme Praise in October of 2005 when I was hired as the worship and video director at our home church, North County Christ the King in Lynden, Washington. But I returned in September of 2006 because it was just too darn cool to let alone! So in the meantime I am working on my psychology degree at TWU in Langley, BC. Love that border crossing! (implied sarcasm).

Family
As mentioned previously, I have a beautiful wife Amy. We are expecting our first baby in May 2007. Other than that, we have a hyper little Pug.
